The Aytee Kennel have owned GSPs for nearly 50 years.As well as being much loved family pets, Aytee compete and work their dogs and breed for trainability. Parents are always proven before breeding and their dogs are fabulous temperaments for families with children.
Aytee dogs have compete successfully in Shows and Field Trials having 4 UK Field Trial Champions in Ireland and the UK , 1 UK Full Champion and a NZ Show Champion and they have also won The National UK Kennel Club HPR Championship in 2015 and also the Breeders Cup for 2018 & 2019. (HPR - Hunt Point Retrieve)
Aytee dogs are all registered and health tested. They are excellent retrievers & driven hunters, swim well and we encourage new owners to join a club and train their dog to get the very best out of it, so please only enquire if you are truly interested in putting in the time to create an obedient companion.

We plan to breed a litter to arrive April/May 2025
Sire: Am Ch Edelmarke Second Coming (JH ROM). "Sherman"
Dam: UK Ch Aytee Katerina. "Karat"
Both parents are health tested and proven hunting dogs from lines of winning Field Triallers in the UK and Master Hunters in the USA and are also Show Champions.
Karat has already produced the Aytee "N" and "Q" Litters in the UK lovely youngsters that are winning in their chosen fields.
This will be her only litter in New Zealand.
Pups should have fabulous temperaments for training as bird dogs as well as being kind family dogs with children.

Karat has bred 2 litters in the UK (2020 and 2023) and her progeny are proving to be excellent hunters and are already winners in the field and in the show ring. We plan a 3rd and last litter from Karat on her arrival in New Zealand and hope that some of the pups will find their way into working homes as their bloodlines are full of many Field Trial Champions.
