The Molosser Club

The concept of the club was first mooted between three friends in September 2019 when they realised there were quite a few breeds who did not have a club they could belong to, and that many of them fell under the umbrella of the molosser group. 

Canvassing amongst breed owners showed there was an appetite to start a new multi breed club and so in early 2020, it was decided to start the process of forming a new club. Unfortunately, the outbreak of COVID and subsequent lockdowns meant this was not revisited until February 2021. In March the same year, keen representatives of the breeds were approached and the first meeting to elect officers and adopt a constitution was held on 27 March 2021. 

The Molosser Club presently incorporates the following 19 breeds of dogs as member breeds of their club:
