Open Show, Group 6, Show Ribbon ParadeAbout Me
I grew up with a Pembroke Corgi, then owned a German Shepherd (Which I showed at a few Ribbon Parades). In 1981, I brought a Male Samoyed from my brother, Sire & Dam were Champions, our hobby of Dog shows began.I had many Group & 'In show awards with him and learnt how he could Win 'Reserve in Show from 850 dogs and the next day get 4th out of 4 Junior Dogs !
In 1984, I became Secretary of The Samoyed Club and had my 1st Son. Been a 'Stay-at-home mum' ,I had time to be on several dog Committees and run All breeds Champ shows .
In 1987 , I had my 1st litter.
I have only bred Samoyeds - 15 litters & 17 Sunshine Samoyed Champions, but have shown many other breeds, including titles on 3 Miniature Poodles, Whippet & Deerhound.
The win I'm most proud of was Best in Show at the largest Samoyed show we have had for some years under Marija Kavcic (Anatina Samoyeds ) With CH Sunshine Tri Teddy that I Bred and Owned
I started Judging in the early 90's, Passed my Utility Group in 2000, have stewarded for many Clubs, including the National.
