About Me

My wife P at and I became involved with Great Danes in the early 1970’s and have been breeding and showing ever since. We purchased our first great dane in 1975 and were blessed with a top show winning bitch and we were hooked. Since that time we have imported stock from Sweden and semen from USA which forms the basis of our current top winning danes.

Over the years I have served as Vice President of the Western Australia Non Sporting & Utility dog club, President of the Great Dane Club in both Western Australia and New South Wales and also the Central North & South Island Non Sporting & Utility Club in New Zealand. I currently hold the position of Vice President Great Dane Club Inc in New Zealand.

Great Danes are our love and our passion, and I cannot envisage a time when they will not be part of our lives. Currently we own 5 Great Danes and 1 French Bulldog

Judging History

I first began judging in Western Australia where I was licenced to judge at Open show level. I obtained my licence to judge and award CC’s to Great Danes at Championship shows in 1992, and since then have judged danes in Australia, Sweden and New Zealand, including the Qld Great Dane specialty and the Swedish Great Dane clubs 45th anniversary show 2008, and most recently the Midland and West of England Great Dane Club Ch Show UK 2013. I am also licenced to judge and award CC’s in the Non Sporting Group at Championship shows and Best in Show at All Breeds at Open show level.
